I spent a great deal of time trying to find absorbent underwear for my husband who is a large man. After much trial and lots of error I found Prevail XL. He was resistant at first, much preferring regular underwear and pads, but when he was admitted to the hospital the Prevail underwear became much more practical. I ordered online and because they were able to send them from a city 70 miles from me I got them the next day. I’m now on the auto reorder plan, he’s home from the hospital, and we’re both loving the Prevail underwear. Thank you for a product that fits!
