Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A: Usually 1-4 business days, depending on your location and when you placed your order.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All payments are securely processed through our payments partner Authorize.net and if you choose, stored with them as well. CarewayClub.com does not have access to any credit card information.


Q: Can I cancel my order once placed?

A: Most orders are processed the same day they are placed. Your best bet is to use the Contact Us form. Include your order number and indicate if you want to cancel your entire order or just specific items. If it has already been processed by our warehouse, it cannot be canceled. If you receive an email for your order that says it’s awaiting shipment, it’s too late to cancel. You would then need to go through the normal return process.


Q: How do I cancel my AutoBuy plan?

A: Go to your Subscriptions page to view your AutoBuy Plans. Once there, you can open and view your AutoBuy Plan. Once you’re viewing it, click on the cancel button.


Q: How do I remove one or more items from my AutoBuy plan without canceling the entire plan?

A: Go to your Subscriptions page to view your AutoBuy Plans. Once there, you can open and view your AutoBuy Plan. Once you’re viewing it, click on the red X next to the products you want removed.


Q: How do I add a product to my AutoBuy plan?

A: Unfortunately there is no way for customers to add products to their plan. Please Contact Us or call 800-292-4343.


Q: How can I change the schedule of deliveries for my AutoBuy plan?

A: Unfortunately there is no way for customers to adjust this themselves. Please Contact Us or call 800-292-4343.


Q: What are my options for different delivery schedules?

A: We can change it anywhere from every week, to every 6 months and most anything in between. Please Contact Us or call 800-292-4343 to let us know what you’d like.
